We are looking for a creative and experienced professional with a strong background in the property and real estate industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photography and videography of properties, interiors, exteriors and project developments.
- Create engaging video content, reels and promotional materials for social media platforms.
- Manage and develop social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Edit photos and videos to a professional standard, ensuring premium brand presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and property marketing content.
- Cover property launches, events, site progress and project milestones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography, videography and social media content creation.
- Previous experience within the property development or real estate industry is essential.
- Proficiency in professional cameras, lighting, video editing and photo editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, reels and digital engagement.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate projects.
- Creative, organised and able to work independently on location.
