Reporting & Coordination
The Construction Workforce Manager will report directly to the Head of HR and Director – Operations, working closely with both departments to ensure effective workforce management across the infrastructure project.
The role will coordinate workforce planning, deployment, mobilization, administration, accommodation, transportation, productivity, and labour cost control, ensuring alignment with HR policies and operational requirements.
The position will serve as the key link between HR, Operations, Project Management, Site Management, Recruitment, and workforce administration teams.
